All students must be registered on HomeCampus.com, have their contract turned into Activities, and be cleared in order to participate in Athletic Programs
To complete your registration with Home Campus you will need to set up your own account and fill out all of the information. You will also need to print out a hard copy of the clearance form which needs to be signed and handed into the school Activities desk on the Contract Submission date for your sport. Each sports season (Fall, Winter, Spring) the submission dates will be posted here.
Students playing multiple sports in the year must complete the registration process for each sport. Registering once does not transfer between sports. Coaches use the online registrations to form their rosters. For example, if you registered for Cross Country and now want to do Track & Field, you must re-register under Track & Field so the coach can add you to the roster. Registering for a sport will also generate a new contract from Home Campus. We need these sports specific contracts for District records. Your physical exam/ medical forms and baseline testing certificates will remain on the system for the year and can be reapplied to your registration for the new sport as long as they are still valid (physical exams/ medicals last 1 year from date of physical exam, and baseline testing lasts 2 years)
Students may only participate in one sport per season

Spring Baseline Testing
All Baseline Testing is done at 4pm in the Amador Library
Track & Field (jumping events only): November 30th
Baseball & Softball: December 4th
Boys Volleyball, STUNT, & Dive: December 5th
Boys & Girls LAX: December 13th
Make-Ups: December 14th, January 24th & 31st
*Track & Field jumping events include- hurdles, long jump & pole vault
Baseline testing is done through our Athletic Trainer, Diana Hasenpflug, and must be done through her only. We do not accept outside concussion testing. Baseline Concussion Tests are valid for 2 years.

Physicals
Your athlete will need an up to date (within last 12 month) physical before submitting their contract to their chosen sport. Physicals must be uploaded to homecampus.com on the schools Physical Form. Other forms from your doctors will not be accepted.
2024-2025 Sideline Cheer:
Registration will open on HomeCampus.com by the end of day on Friday, May 3rd.

Baseline Concussion Testing: Thursday, May 16th starting at 4:00pm in the Amador Library
Contract Submission: Contracts can be dropped off at the Activities desk in the front office starting May 6th, up until tryouts on May 23rd
